Take the stress out of family meals with my handy app, which boasts over 800 effortless, family-friendly recipes! 📲 Link in bio. ✨ Recipe: 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced into 1” cubes 1 cup (100g) broccoli florets, finely chopped 1 egg 1/2 cup (60g) grated cheddar 1/2 cup (60g) plain flour 1 teaspoon garlic granules Unsalted butter for frying 1. Boil the potatoes for 12 minutes until soft, adding the broccoli for the final 3–4 minutes 2. Drain, then add the potato and broccoli to a mixing bowl and mash 3. Add the egg, grated cheese, flour and garlic granules, then stir until combined 4. Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into small fritters 5. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat 6. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
