Begin with light weight and pause reps to master correct form and muscle firing . 2. Look straight down during set, do not look up while you are rowing. You will ruin your set, and strain your neck in the process. . 3. Spend about 2-3 months with higher rep ranges of 10-12 to get the right muscles growing and activated for when you push yourself. . 4. Once you are done try concentric reps, resting weight at bottom and taking 5-10 rest between reps. .
