I believe a tech should make more then an advisor. Based on equal experience per say. 5 year tech should make more then a 5 year advisor

What if the technician writes estimates, looks up warranty times figures out what is covered for warranty. also does prior approval, there's more

Besides tool and skill need for an tech , the physical demand and labor on a tech is ridiculous. Compared to a job that you just talk to people.

I think techs should get paid comparable to other trades, and have apprentice programs that pay based on experience, and shops need to stop skirting
