@lowbackability: This year is special… At 25, this is the first year of my adult life that I’m not nursing a serious chronic injury… And honestly I’m grateful that it took this long. Over the past 7 years, the timeline to all my self-oriented goals got completely disrupted. I had an entire life plan for my success. I sacrificed every ounce of normalcy & comfort the past 10 years for it. One injury after another, setback after setback…the lifestyle I chose at age 15 seemed like a waste.
