Now friends let me tell you not often do I surprise myself with an idea but this - was a whole different world of naughty. My eyes have been widened to the wonderful flavours of Achar Masala but good friend @sabrinagidda this stuff is readily available online if you can’t find it shops. It’s a pickle spice blend which packs so much delicious savoury spice it lends itself so well to many many uses. To make the butter you’ll need 200g salted butter 2 heads of garlic 2-3 tbsp achar masala Handful of chopped coriander or parsley For the rest Crusty baguette Mozzarella Cheese Honey (optional) 1. wrap the garlic in foil and roast at 180c/360f for approx 45 mins or until tender. Allow to cool 2. Mix the achar with softened butter and coriander before squeezing in the garlic. 3. Spread generously on baguette and top with grated mozzarella 4. Bake at 200c/400f for 15-20 mins or until golden and bubbling on top. 5. Optional finish of a drizzle of honey #series #Recipe #reels #garlic #garlicbread
