@emilieleyes.hypnosis: #answer to @Ivana the key to overcoming self sabotage is teaching your brain thah you’re safe! Here’s how you can do that using brain training: ✨1. Identify the part of your life where you’re self sabotaging (relationships, goals, new habits, etc) ✨2. Find a quiet place, close your eyes, and take 5-10 long slow deep breaths ✨3. Visualize yourself in your favorite safe place in nature. Allow your body to start responding as though you’re there, helping you access a sense of safety. ✨4. Visualize what it would be like to follow through on the thing youre sabotaging and imagine it going well. ✨5. Repeat regularly! If you want guidance with this process, and if you want to use brain training and hypnosis to reduce your stress, build your confidence, and trust yourself and your ability to reach your goals, make sure to check out my six week master class called ✨hypnotic empowerment✨, which will be from June 3 to July 8! Great idea! How about people who are super anxious and just can’t focus when they’re ready to the task?

The thing I find most helpful is taking an action. Imagining it is triggering. Taking one tiny step and stopping before moving faster helps.
