@freyaannerayy: Replying to @Alejandro here is everything i eat in a day! my eating habits flucuate so much especially throughout the month based on where i am in my cycle! the few days before my period is when i have the most appetite and eat non stop and a ton of carbs obviously! but adding in healthy greens, supplements, and just buying my ingredients with intention is so important to me and helps me consume healthy contents that feel good even when im craving being unhealthy! #whatieatinaday #Foodie #lutealphase
