Magicool prickly heat spray. Get it online. It’s a really cold spray and stops tech immediately. I’ve used it for years. Also use dettol soap and piz uni allergy sun cream

We may be deficient in magnesium. There's a lady on TikTok who speaks about a magnesium spray for skin. I'll try that, as I already have at home, but haven't used it for a year or more. Hope it helps.

I suffer with prickly heat!..I went to Jamaica in February and used the brand Australian gold..just a thin layer so it doesn’t clog your pores. And I was fine for the whole 10 days. Xxx

I’ve suffered with this for years, never put suncream on during the day, use a once a day lotion in the morning. I use P20 cream. Don’t get burnt. Antihistamines don’t get rid but take the edge off.

I take drugstore allergy tablets 1 a day for 3 weeks before going away. And then the duration while I’m away and I don’t get it anymore! Also use factor 30 not 50 as it blocks your pores! xx

don't use suncream starting with aqua.. being water based it blocks pores. have a look at your daily creams too. and use antihistamines daily too 🥰
