I’m sorry the customer service at class pass is absolutely atrocious. My number has been tied to another account and they refused to give me my number back.

When you pay monthly does that mean you get to take unlimited classes? Like can I take mon-Friday every single week of the month if I pay monthly?

I’ve been following you for a while & you’re the sole reason why I signed up for a classpass membership. Been going 5x a week since December. 🫶🏼🤪

It seems like some studios have a ton of availability at first and then once I’ve signed up there’s nothing available again for class passers

Do the credits reset every week? Or is it 38 credits for the month? How many credits would you recommend for someone who works out 4-5x a week?

Do you know that they have not told business owners that they can’t get paid on the class pass trial? And we can opt out? as small business owner I am trying to fight for all of us!

Ima a little confused so we can go once, and if we end up liking the place, we cancel our class pass? And then we pay additionally for the studio we want?
