@doctorbowl: RECIPE BELOW 👇🏽 🌶 SPICY MASALA CORN 🌶 A classic Indian street food dish, but make it healthy. It’s spicy, tangy, and makes a great snack or side dish. This recipe is really versatile. You can adjust the spices to your taste. I like it spicy so I added a lot of chillis! Also if you have any chaat masala, you could definitely use that. You can also add some sweet peppers to give it some extra crunch. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Love, DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️2-3 cups corn - I used corn on the cob but frozen/canned sweetcorn could work too. ▪️1 tbsp vegan butter or any butter 1 tsp garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin, chilli powder - alter to your taste or omit if you don’t like chilli ▪️Handful of coriander, finely chopped ▪️1 chilli, chopped ▪️Juice of 1-2 lime (depending on your taste) ▪️Salt and pepper, to taste METHOD ▪️Cook your corn the way you like ▪️Add corn rice a large bowl, add in butter and mix well.
