It’s a great time of the year to collect dandelions and enjoy the amazing properties. Every part of the plant is fully edible including leaves, flowers and roots. This plant helps to remove toxins from your body, stimulate appetite and digestion but could also help to boost your immune system! @lajatattoo drinks this every morning with empty stomach for the best results. SAUTÉED DANDELION LEAVES🌿🧄🌶️ •Dandelion leaves  •olive oil  •garlic  •any seasoning  🥣STEP BY STEP  -wash the leaves -Bring a large pot of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil; add greens and cook until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. -Drain and rinse with cold water until chilled. 
-Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.  -Stir in garlic and cook for a few minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and add dandelion greens.  -cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.  -Season with salt ,pepper ,crispy onions chilly flakes  DANDELION SYRUP🌻🍯 •2x cups dandelion flowers  •1.5 x cups water  •2x slices organic lemon  •sugar (depending on the amount of liquid as in steps) 🥣STEP BY STEP  -Soak petals in cold water for five minutes to allow time for any insects to exit -drain with a strainer. -Place petals in a saucepan along with 1.5 cups of water (350 ml), 2 x Organic lemon slices. -Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. -Remove pan from heat and let it infuse overnight. -Strain dandelion tea through a cheesecloth  squeezing every drop. Weight the liquid and weight the same amount of brown sugar.  -Put the liquid back in the pan and add the sugar. Stir and heat gently at first until the sugar is dissolved. Then bring it up to a gentle boil for approximately 15 minutes. -Store dandelion’s syrup in a sealed, sterilised jar at room temperature. DANDELION COFFEE POWDER:☕️🌼 •15-30 x Roots depending on size •sweetener like dandelion honey or maple syrup •hot water  •p.b milk (optional) •cinnamon powder(optional) 🥣STEP BY STEP  -chop the roots and dehydrate them for 1 hour.
