@everythingdad: The way we took our bites in sync 🤍 my kids request these taquitos/flautas (whatever you want to call them) atleast once a week! It’s their favorite and it’s so easy to make. I simply pressure cook THIN SLICED chicken breast for 10 minutes (seasoned to your liking because my kids like it lightly seasoned and nothing more 😅) and then let it naturally release for 15 minutes. Then I shred the chicken with a hand mixer. I microwave 5 toritllas at a time wrapped in a damp paper towel for 60 seconds (this helps them stay shut) and then roll them up with chicken inside.
