Welcome to the party. that's been happening with super duty for 20+ years.. should have mentioned greasing them at every service so this doesnt happen

Have a 15 that had this issue. told the tech to check the axle ujoints and he said they were fine. HE WAS WRONG! I fixed it myself.

Definitely gonna check this on my 99 7.3L as sometimes I feel I'm always correcting it to keep straight but then again it's only certain roads 🤔
