@thejoshelkin: Keto Friendly Cheese Steak and Cheese Sauce! *** I don't follow the diet, but I know people find it hard to have a cheat day while staying in "ketosis". NOT ANYMORE!*** Recipe below (makes 6 roll ups) INGREDIENTS 3 cups shredded provolone cheese 1 pound shredded rib eye steak 1 tsp salt and pepper 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/4 cup Coconut aminos 1 cup caramelized onions FOR THE SAUCE 2 tbsp salted butter 1 cup milk 4 oz room temperature cream cheese 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Step 1 Add the steak to a hot skillet. Add the seasoning and coconut aminos and chop it up to make it more shredded. Set it aside Step 2 Add 1/2 cup of shredded provolone (per roll up) to the hot skillet. Once the top starts to bubble, add 1/4 cup f the steak, and 2 tbsp of the caramelized onions. Step 3 When the edges of the cheese starts to brown and get crispy, roll it up. FOR THE SAUCE Step 4 Add the butt to a medium hot saucepan. When the butter is melted, whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer. Step 5 Add the cream cheese and mix well until the cream cheese is melted. Season with the mustard powder and garlic powder and mix it all in. Then add the cheese a bit at a time while stirring until its all melted and a sauce is formed.
