It’s ok I tried sourdough about a month ago. It didn’t work for me either. 5 pounds of flour later I gave myself a break. One day.

If it rises and falls within 4/5 hours, every time you feed. Flow test does not always tell you that your starter is ready..

Haha. I was going through 10lbs of flour a week. I had trouble throwing it away, so I just kept starting another jar. 😂 I dehydrated and froze.
