I love using Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil over the campfire because it’s the perfect layer to help cook the sweet potatoes evenly and locks in all the flavor. @ReynoldsBrands #ReynoldsPartner Recipe: Brûlée Roasted Japanese Sweet Potatoes Serves: 3-4 4 Japanese sweet potatoes Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1. Scrub and wash Japanese sweet potatoes thoroughly in water. 2. Using a fork, carefully poke holes all over the sweet potatoes. 3. Tear a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and lay on flat surface. Place one sweet potato in the center, roll and tuck foil, covering the sweet potato completely. Repeat for each potato. 4. Roast foil wrapped sweet potatoes over campfire for roughly 45 mins or until fork tender. Make sure to rotate sweet potatoes to cook evenly. Cool for 15-20 minutes after cooking. 5. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. 6. Cut sweet potatoes in half, lengthwise. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the flesh. Using a small hand torch, brûlée sugar until golden.
