I can say that I’ve see major improvements by training them more often and with different varieties of exercises. Have been training arms pretty hard and aggressive ?😏🤪 Hope to give you some ideas from this workout on how to train your arms more creatively 🤜🏾 . (3 SETS OF EACH) Reps and sets are on the screen people. Just make sure to push your limits and train hard. . Also, if you really push yourself on each set, make sure to take a long enough break.
