What mix do you use for setting sleepers? 5:1 and is it a 3rd of sleeper set in it like you do for fence post?

I wouldn't of painted the backs with the liquid dpm but put a 1200 grade DPM to stop dirty water seeping through the cracks. Or paint and DPM
