While there are those that rare exceptions, we are in much more control of our health outcomes as well as appearance when it comes to skin hair and nails than we often realize. Eating a very nutritious diet filled with loads of plants , antioxidants, clean proteins -as well as physical fitness, stress management can provide the tools necessary to look and feel our best well into our old age I say healthy skin begins from within. Yes, great skin care absolutely matters, as does wearing a good mineral sunscreen to help protect from sun damage. But ultimately for the best outcome it's a multi prong approach. Yes, it's a full-time job ( to be at our healthiest ) because being a human is a full-time job. Sometimes I think we feel like it's just easier to blame genetics so that we don't have to take action to make change because change is uncomfortable.
