So for me with this problem it STILL has the issue even with the TPM and Secure Boot enabled. You’d have to go for the UEFI partition for it to work.

Why Winblows ? There're enough Linux distros out there that work just as fine. If it's primary gaming : SteamOS. General purpose : Mint.
