@goggeleschole: The hike to Sorapis Lake is one of the most beautiful tours in the Dolomites. 🥾⛰️ The starting point is the Tre Croci Pass, from where you follow trail 215. It is a varied panoramic path that goes up and down several times, through a beautiful wood and offers a view of the Cristallo and Popena mountains, the Cadini group and the Three Peaks. ⛰️ After a first flat stretch, a more challenging section follows with some steel stairs and sections exposed on a flat rocky ledge, secured with wire ropes. 🧗‍♀️ The path has short exposed sections that are secured with wire ropes and steel bridges. Therefore, the use of a via ferrata set is recommended. The lake is in fact very famous for its intense shades of blue to aquamarine.
