@scotlandhiddenadventures: Duncarron is a complete reproduction of a fortified village from the early Middle Ages of Scotland and it's run by a team of volunteers. It has also served as movie location for Outlander, House of Dragons and The Outlaw King. We recently attended one of their fantastic events based on medieval times. Archers, crusader knights and other reenactors will explain you all about life during these times. You can have a go at archery, axe throwing, sample some mead and see different artisans at work.
