Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). 2. In a large glass baking dish or roasting tray, combine the basmati rice, chickpeas, frozen peas, chicken stock, 1½ tbsp rose harissa, garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well. 3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, halloumi, red pepper, tomatoes, the remaining 1½ tbsp rose harissa, and the honey. Mix until evenly coated. 4. Thread the chicken, halloumi, peppers, and tomatoes onto skewers. 5. Lay the skewers across the tray. Cover with a sheet of baking parchment, then tightly cover with foil. 6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the parchment and foil and bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden. 7.
