@cookinginthemidwest: Bacon egg and cheese pancake casserole #hungryjackpartner Recipe •1 lb of bacon, chopped •1 1/2 cups of Hungry Jack pancake mix •2 cups of milk •4 eggs •1 heaping cup of shredded cheddar cheese •3 TBSP of maple syrup Instructions •cook bacon and chop into small pieces •in a bowl mix together pancake mix, milk, and eggs •fold in cheese, bacon, and maple syrup •spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray •add pancake mixture to the baking dish •bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the pancake mix/eggs set up (I check by inserting a toothpick in the center) •top each piece with more syrup Enjoy! #hungryjack #pancakemix #pancakemixrecipes #EasyRecipes #breakfast #breakfastprep #breakfastcasserole #bacon #Recipe
