@tylerpath: The landmine reverse curl is the most slept on exercise for your brachialis and brachioradialis. Do not knock this exercise because of how unusual it is. Essentially it acts as a reverse curl at the bottom portion of the movement with wrists pronated and turns into a hammer curl at the top with wrists neutral. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding #fitnessadvice
