yup! and when they're over tired they don't sleep well. nightmares, frequent wake ups and a 6am wake up. cranky kids all day!

mine does. (unless bad dreams) lol. shes been on a later schedule since birth. 2 now & in bed abt 12am & up abt 9-10am.

When my oldest was a baby I put her to bed at 645pm because no matter what she was up at 445am. So mama was asleep by 730 😂

My triplets are almost 4 and wake up at 4:30/5 every morning 😭 they went to bed at 9 last night. Usually bedtime is 7

My kids are on a 11pm-9:30am sleep schedule and they nap around 3:30pm every day. I work nights so it’s just easier this way for us.

My son is a unicorn because he will get up later if we put him to bed later. Since he was a baby. He gets his full 10-12 hours every night!
