🎄 Sugar Cookie Pull-Apart Bread Dough: * 3 cups all-purpose flour (360 g) * 5 tbsp melted butter (71 g) * 3 tbsp granulated sugar (38 g) * 1 tsp salt (6 g) * 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (7 g) * 1 large egg (50 g) * ¾ cup warm milk (180 g) * 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g) * ½ tsp almond extract (2 g) Sugar Cookie Filling: * ½ cup salted butter, softened (113 g) * ¾ cup granulated sugar (150 g) * 1 large egg (50 g) * 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g) * ½ tsp almond extract (2 g) * 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (156 g) * 1 tsp cinnamon (2.5 g) * ¼ tsp salt (1.5 g) *½ tsp heavy whipping cream (2.5 g) * Christmas sprinkles, as desired (20 g) Vanilla Buttercream: * 1 tbsp softened butter (14 g) * ½ cup powdered sugar (60 g) * 1–2 tsp heavy whipping cream (5–10 g) * ¼ tsp vanilla extract (1 g) 🎄 Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast.
