Perfect as a lunch option You will need: 1 cup of Shredded Chicken Breast Mini Pita Bread from @josephspitabread 1 tomato 1 Red onion For the tzatziki Sauce: - 1/2 cup low fat Greek Yogurt - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 clove chopped garlic - 2 tbsp chopped red onion - dash of Rosemary - dash of thyme Salt & pepper to taste Notes: in a bowl mix all ingredients for the tzatziki sauce.Then mix in the shredded chicken to the sauce.
