Drizzle in olive oil as your blitzing unti it resembles and a spreadable paste.  	7	To assemble, toast your bread (I didn’t, but it wouldve been 10x toasted!) add pesto to both sides, add as much tuna as you want on one side, add your halved tomato slices on top of the tuna, spread your avocado on the other side of the bread, and close it up!
