Pink hair, yes. The dress is such a solid, bold color, doing other bold colors on nails, hair etc can be like color blocking. I think it would work!

For your nails, I'd say match the color of the dress, maybe some black accents? For hair, redo it and put it in an updo, that dress is beautiful
