yep and it wasn't till child safety saw how my ex was and took our kids and handed them to me, and I knew someone would see it eventually

They wouldn’t grant me a win by default after 21 days but granted my wife’s very late response. They didn’t follow their own laws.

My experience the person who has the child when going to court. Has a better chance of getting custody! It’s why women get custody most of the time

Family courts make money off of broken families. It’s best to stay out of the court systems and work it out with a notary or in whatever way you can.

my girls mom lied 4 times during court. Judge called her on the lies. Judge agreed with my petition but still sided with the mom for taking the kids

During a break, only Judge and me ,she said the court doesn't know how to handle divorces. They just side with the mom if all is equal

All your lawyer can do is hold your hand and maybe get you a tiny bit of vaseline if you’re lucky, but they typically use driveway gravel so good luck

that's what I ran into and to file contempt or make a new motion makes it worse. they pushed me into a drug Alcohol evaluation and all kinds of stuff
