@tastelessbaker: ✨️ 5 baking tips ✨️ Tip 1: Slice the bread. Separate each one with baking paper. Place into a zip lock bag. Chuck it into the freezer. Obviously, do this with all of your slices. Tip 2: Convection is fan-forced. Conventional is not. Convection circulates more heat. To match the heating of a convection on a conventional oven, increase the temperature by 15°C/25°F. Tip 3: Instant dried yeast can be added directly into your dry ingredients. Active dry yeast needs to bloom in tepid water, prior to adding. Tip 4: Add leftover/stale bread to a food processor. Then into an oven at 120°C for 15 minutes to dry it out. Once browned, back into the food processor to further obliterate the bread.
