A super quick meal that you can put together, plus we are going to use up the egg yolk marinade that we made in the precious video so that nothing goes to waste! 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 large onion, sliced 10g ginger, thinly shredded 150g beef, thinly shaved(look for shabu shabu or sukiyaki cuts) 1/4 cup of the marinade from the egg yolks 1/4 cup of dashi(or chicken stock works too) 1 tsp brown sugar - sauté the onion and ginger in the sesame oil on medium heat for about 2 minutes - add the beef together with all the liquids and the sugar. Allow to simmer gently for a few minutes. It shouldn't take too long because the beef is so thinly sliced.
