Try lining your baking dish with white sandwich bread (put your loaf on top of bread), it will absorb the grease while cooking. Works like a charm.

I can't do the ketchup in mine. I use tomato sauce and seasonings instead. that ketchup taste is strong to me 🤷🏽♀️this looks good though
