It might be a texture thing. Until I was like 30 I couldn’t eat yogurt with fruit in it. Plain yogurt, fine. Fruit, fine. Yogurt with fruit in it, no.

Same. I just kept fruit out 🍎 🍏 🍌 🍇 🍒 🥭. It worked for me. She’s a fruit kid now.
