@thecarboholic: The Golden Swan has taken over the West Village space once home to The Spotted Pig! On the first floor, the Wallace Room has its own bar + food menu, which is what I tried this week. We tried the Tomato Fondue, Carbonara with housemade Tagliolini, Salmon Rillettes, Gem Salad, and Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake. I’d confidently recommend any of these dishes, with my favorite having been the fondue. The second floor dining room will open on 06/06 with an entirely different menu.
