I only get headache in the morning if i sleep too much. I'm told I snore though.. my kids say I do but not loud. As long as I dont drink fluids right before sleep i dont get up to use the bathroom. And i sometimes have excessive tiredness but not daily. I figure its due to anxiety medication or not getting enough sleep due to staying up very late to get time to myself. or possibly perimenopause.

Well I wake up with a head ache on occasion and half the time it’s probably cuz I’m on my phone too long looking at the screen but I do snore & everyone says I also stop breathing but I’m like no way.

what if your sleep apnea is caused from low resting heart rate? in ICU my machines all thought I wasn't breathing at night. 💀

My son use to stop breathing ALOT and ended up having a tonsil/adnoids out.surgeon said it was taking up 85% of his airway at just 8yrs old
