@getfitwithandyy: Smith Machine Incline Press- Firstly, adjust seat so that bar is in line with range of motion. This is an upper chest movement. Grip the bar a bit past shoulder width. Create a slight arch in your back, retract shoulders. You want to picture yourself bending the bar and making sure elbows are not flared but tucked in.
