Can you clarify what you mean by an anterior can be a contraindication of having an ECV. Does that mean I can't have an ECV if I have an anterior one

I had an anterior placenta with my first baby and didn’t feel kicks until 21 weeks. This pregnancy, not sure where it is but I felt kicks at 14 weeks!

At 20 weeks the placenta was low lying. (Which I wasnt told until 24 weeks, when the placenta had moved to the front) didn’t cause any complications
