I found this place on Zillow and it’s charming enough to survive BUTTT i couldnt do with the bathroom // kitchen // laundry situation… could be good for a “surfer boy” though cause its 1,000 sq ft, a few streets from the beach, and only $3.4k a month FOR A HOME!!
