Zyrtec and Claritin are safe! I just had the worst sinus infection ever and i am 34 weeks pregnant and that’s what my OB recommended

My doctor gave me a list of pregnancy safe meds. I take Tylenol cold and sinus. Make sure there is no phenylephrine or Sudafed in it.
