It’s the gelatin. You can make Jello with 100% warm water, no cold, and drink it in a mug like tea. It works amazingly for sore throat.

Marshmallows use to actualy be used as medicine since it had something called marshmallow root which was a fungus! Now its just answeet treat lol

Gummy bears also help! It’s because gummy bears contain glycerin which is commonly used to help sore throats! I recommend buying glycerin (food safe) and adding it to tea for a sorr throat!
