I find it so bizarre that you’re not allowed to check, when I was in primary, us kids lined up and had our hair checked by our teachers all the time!

Germany here: if lice is spotted, we all get instructions what to do and Not to Come back until it’s gone. No problems With that.

Why can’t they check for lice? In the US we would have to line up and the school nurse would check us.
