@chelsraecollins: chef girl era / easy elote dip! 1.5 cans sweet corn - can use fresh corn on the cob 2 jalapeños, diced 1/4 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup cortija cheese 1/4 cup Mexican crema 1/2 cup queso fresco Chili powder, salt and pepper for taste 1 lime, juiced shredded pepper jack cheese for the top garnish: cilantro, chili powder, cotija cheese - Preheat oven to 350°. While preheating, add jalapeños and corn to a pot and allow them to mix and heat up. - Once heated, combine all ingredients together in a bowl minus the pepper jack cheese. Place into a nonstick oven safe pan. Sprinkle pepper jack cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 or until the dip is hot and bubbling. Take out and garish a bowl with cilantro, cheese and chili powder. This is such a great dip for the summer!! #summerrecipes
