We own a 2014 Civic. It’s the best indeed! One thing… the stereo has no bass.

My daily workout deets are always uploaded to the corresponding instagram highlight 🤍 @_fitxv My 5 day workout split: - On my lower body days I incorporate sprints as my cool downs ( currently doing 30 seconds on 20 seconds off) - On upper body days I incorporates abs as a cool down ( currently doing Pilates ) - Ultimately I’m incorporating a little bit of everything because my overall goal is to get stronger - During my exercises I focus on mind to muscle connection as well as engage my core ( this is why I don’t focus to much on abs, I throw Pilates in there twice a week to continue defining them but all know nutrition is what it takes for them to pop) - The staples listed are the exercises I’m currently doing repeatedly but how I execute them changes to continue shocking my body Heavy weight + low rep = Strength/ build muscle Low/ moderate weight + high reps = endurance / lean out - I have made sure my form is correct before learning a new exercise. You must always make sure your form is correct and never assume you’re doing something right just because your too ashamed or embarrassed to ask. ASK and don’t be scared to learn new movements. I’ve had to be taught multiple times that’s how I learned - I push myself physically because I know what and where I want to gain. Don’t be scared of weights, be safe, but don’t be scared - I enjoy the process of TAKING CARE of my body. As a mom who’s pushing 30, I’ve witnessed my body change numeroussss times and life becomes way easier when you learn to just embrace where you’re at and take joy in finding the fun in figuring out what works for you and your body #5dayworkoutweek #5dayworkoutsplit #momswholift #FitTok #workoutroutine #workoutmotivation #lowerbodyexercise #upperbodyworkouts #glutegains #momswholift #MomsofTikTok
