Set yourself a baseline.. or in other words a “rule” for yourself Usually we think rules are restrictive, but just like when we plan our days - we actually end up with more freedom and less guilt!! A baseline like the one plate rule is great for a buffet, instead of smashing out 400 plates … go for one plate and pile it high! You then leave with no guilt but fully satisfied!
