@ms.nj_magnetproperty: Dari Abu Hurairah radhiallahu ‘anh, beliau berkata : Rasulullah Sollallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam ; “Sesungguhnya Allah Ta’ala telah berfirman: ‘Barang siapa memusuhi wali-Ku, maka sesungguhnya Aku menyatakan perang terhadapnya". #laillahaillallahmuhammadurrasoolullah #perbaikiakhlakdanibadah #bersangkabaiklahdenganallah #mengharapredhaallah #mengharaprahmatallah #akuhambaallahswt #walliyullah #fypage #cintaulama #fyp #ustazzainulasri

(storyline): Imagine holding the most powerful position in the ancient world, and still sitting down at night to write yourself reminders on how to stay sane. War on the borders, plague in the cities, people around him who couldn't be trusted, and every evening Marcus Aurelius came back to the same short list of truths. Control what's yours to control, and let go of the rest. Your suffering usually lives in your interpretation, not the event. The obstacle is the raw material, not the enemy. And your days are numbered, so how you spend this one is who you're becoming. He never meant it as philosophy for an audience. He meant it as survival instructions for himself. He just never knew why it worked. Almost two thousand years later, Eric Kandel spent decades studying memory at the level of individual neurons and won a Nobel Prize for the answer. Learning physically changes the brain. Every repetition strengthens a connection, and every neglected habit lets one fade. Which means your mindset was never a personality type you were born into. It's a structure you've been building all along, mostly by accident. The winners aren't wired differently. They just started choosing their principles on purpose, long enough for the brain to make them automatic. The empire is gone, but the laws he leaned on are still holding up, and now we finally know why. Marcus Aurelius held more power than almost anyone in history, and his private journal shows he spent most of it trying to control only himself. The Meditations were never meant for publication. They were notes to himself, written between wars, plagues, and betrayals, reminding him how to stay steady when nothing around him was. That's why they still work nearly two thousand years later. The principles behind them are simple and uncomfortable. You control your actions and your judgments, not outcomes or other people's opinions. He won a Nobel Prize for uncovering how the brain physically stores memory, and the discovery underneath it changes how you should think about yourself. It's a set of mental patterns that get stronger the more often you choose them, and weaker the more often you don't. It's the same reason the athlete who visualizes, the student who treats failure as data, and the person who reframes setbacks as practice all pull ahead of people with the same raw talent. Kandel spent his career proving that change is biological, not just motivational, so "this is just how I am" doesn't hold up. The emperor called it discipline. The scientist called it plasticity. Both were describing the same truth: you become what you repeatedly practice. Nothing here requires a monastery or a fortune. It requires the discipline to apply your principles on the ordinary days when nobody is watching and nothing is at stake. Choose them on purpose, and your brain will eventually make them automatic. Save this and reread it on a hard day. Keywords: This post explains how to build a winning mindset by combining 10 laws for a better life from Marcus Aurelius and Stoic philosophy with neuroscience from Nobel Prize winner Eric Kandel. It covers control, perspective, discipline, resilience, neuroplasticity, and how repeated thoughts and habits physically change the brain. 🧠 5 Hashtags: #WinningMindset #Stoicism #MarcusAurelius #Neuroscience #SelfImprovement Like and share if you agree 🖤🌅🙏🏿
