i'm fighting my 4th foreclosure since 2010, after plaintiff voluntary dismissed after 2 day trial, got attorney's fees granted together with counterclaims settle and they haben't paid yet. they have several lost note affidavits from different entities, different entities claiming they lost the original note, SOL expired in 2015 as stated in servicers internal notes given in discovery, broken chain of assignments. I sent them QWR and Debt validation letter asking to explain all the evidence and they acknowledge they received the QWR and Debt Validation letter and they were going to investigate, they never sent me anything and just filed 4th foreclosure. Unfortunately a lot of the plaintiff's don't care. Laws need to change to protect homeowner/consumer

I unfortunately am in pre-foreclosure. I appealed it and provided concrete evidence that I could pay the amount I owed but just needed time I asked for forbearance and/or a payment plan. They upheld their original decision and when I emailed they said the decision is being unheld and to call for any questions. I can pay half of what I owe literally in a week and pay the remaining at the end of the month. I’m not sure how to ask for my mortgage to be reinstated if I’m only able to pay half right now

So why did they let a house go a whole year without paying mortgage to start foreclosing? Now we owe 20k plus 10k in fees. It’s my moms house, we having been living in it, she’s been lying about paying it, she doesn’t live here, she gets all the bills... we just found out two weeks ago, because everyone coming and knocking on the door… so now we are scrambling to get rid of everything out the house to sell it. It’s on the market as of two days ago. I’m in Nevada Las Vegas btw. But I’d much rather save it. It would have been paid off in ten more years 🥺 we had the house since built in 1990. I don’t have 30k to save it. It was a long argument cause we could have afforded to pay it. She just didn’t tell us. Our dad died back in 2021, had to close two jewlery stores in the mall called fast fix. Now she only has one store and running all the bills including her own house on it. It sucks ever since Kalin passed away .. Covid really knocked everything out. but there has to be other options rather than selling. And we live in a very very nice area in green valley.

I already applied for a loan mod, it was approved, however spouse who abandoned home stopped paying hoa so now I am a month behind on my mortgage because I had to take care of the hoa. Will mortgage company give me options? I’m in Las Vegas Nevada
