There are a lot of hard stats if you dig deep. A full 28% of homeless in SF are not from here. We absorbs problems in other areas. /1

I met a homeless guy in Safeway. He lived In Oakland, parents left. On streets, has work, a debt card. Seem to have a clear min Hope his doing better.
