Simmer for a few minutes, then strain. Let cool before serving. Toppings * Green yogurt mint chutney * Tamarind chutney * Hot sauce (optional) Recipe 1. Arrange boiled chickpeas and diced potatoes on a serving plate. 2. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, and coriander. 3. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder(optional) and salt. 4.
